My daughter brought a truck over there back at the end of August, had it for two months and didn’t get a permanent tag. Called multiple times over to Pure Country, and she was either lied to or no one would take her phone call. Had to end up going over there on her day off work, only to go to the clerks office and be told they never had any paperwork for her truck. Went back to Pure Country only for them to tell her they didn’t know anything about the paperwork because the lady that does the titles wasn’t there, and for her to get another temp tag! Had to call Pure Country back the next day, just to be told that they had lost all the paperwork! The lady that does the titles told her they had to reorder duplicates, so we gave it a week and still wasn’t any paperwork. Had to end up talking to the law to get the paperwork sent to country clerk office in order to get a title. Took a little over 2 months. Very unprofessional bunch of people. Will never due business with them again.

As soon as I told a salesman my situation he turned and walked off. Piss poor attitude and disrespect.

I had went through all of the loan/buying process. They called me a day before the supposed “closing” and told me there was a problem with switching titles over. I had already wired them 12,000+ dollars for my down payment and taxes. Turns out they sold the vehicle that day after I had went through everything to get it and it was basically mine. Do not waste your time with this dealer.
